great PSA!  I bought 2 bottles of star tron to use on the VFR this summer (because summer is bike hibernating season in Houston).  Glad I chose to seek out Ethanol-Free gas instead!

I’ve always used stabil and has never let me down. I’m glad that his investigation basically confirms that it’s a good thing and isn’t going to damage the fuel system.

Hmmm... I was in a rush and forgot to stop by Canadian Tire to pick up my bi-annual Sta- bil and got something else from Princess Auto instead. H ope it won’t kill my Solstice.

I learned things but c ould’ve skipped the first 4 minutes .

I didn’t know there was anything other than Stabil.

Ethanol free gas is hard to come by around me. I may take another look around.

I’ve traditionally put ethanol free in the bikes and then try to start them as early as possible in the spring.

Didn’t realize that Seafoam was that bad, perhaps the corrosive nature is what helps it for cleaning purposes? Maybe it's one of those things that's good short term but bad long term?

I’ve been using Stabil for a couple years now and it’s always worked well. Hope it continues to do so! Ethanol-free fuel is hard to find!

Thanks. One out in the boonies for some reason. $3.75/g! I suppose cheaper than rebuilding fuel components. Maybe ethanol free is not a big deal in low humidity Colorado?
